Directions for Use
Lie the person down on their side in a comfortable position. Make sure the head is sitting straight and not on an angle.

Fit the lit ear candle gently but tightly into the ear canal with a slight twisting movement.Do not force it into the canal.

Hold the ear candle loosly during the process. Do not squueze tightly together and kep as vertical as possible.

Leave the ear candle in place until it has burned down to one centremetre above the red line, NO FURTHER! carefully remove from the ear and extinguish in a glass of water.

check to see if any residue remains in the ear, and remove with an ear cleaner or wooden stick being careful not to push the residue back into the ear.
