Shipping Information

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, once the item/s are in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered next-day after dispatch though please allow up to two days after you receive your email.

The time of the delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

 

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Cancelling Orders & Returns

Cancelling your Order

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Fruit N Nut Health Store, 1 Lyster House, Portlaoise, Co.Laois . The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service.

Your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected. We will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the Goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason.If this is the case you the customer must pay postage for returning the item.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
